How to place my order? 

To order your purchase:- 

• Click "Add to cart" button on the products you wish to purchase. 
• Continue to shop or go to your cart and click on "Check out" if you wish to purchase current products(s). 
•  Fill in details and shipping address (Sign up account can save your default address in your profile for faster check out) then enter Discount Code if available. 
• Next select your shipping method. 
• Lastly choose your preferred payment method then click "Place order now" to finalize your order.

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we do! We ship to countries all over the world.

Can I track my order? 

Yes, tracking number will be provided when delivery is in progress.

How long does it take for my order to reach? 

A general lead time is about 2-3 working days for us to complete. Local delivery usually take about 2-4 working days.

Will I be charged tax?

For delivery within Malaysia, no additional tax is required. For all other destinations overseas, you may be subjected to import taxes, sales taxes and or customs duties, which are collected from you once the shipment arrives at your country. FAIRY FANCY CLUB is unable to predict the total amount of the charges levied on the addressee due to the ever- changing nature of the rates and the different customs policies varying from country to country.

Can i cancel order?

We regret that any order being processed cannot be cancelled. 

Can i refund, exchanges & returns?

All items are non-returnable, non- refundable and non-exchangeable.
